How to Get Rid of Mucus?

You can also take a steam shower twice daily or just sit in a warm bathtub o relax and get rid of mucus. To take steam bath turn your shower on full heat and stay in the closed bathroom for 10 minutes. This will surely to help to break up the mucus.
