Pressure Point 1: In Between Your Eyes
This point is located just above your nose and in between your eyebrows. Check your ridges of your eyebrows meeting point. That is the point you need to be pressed or tapped.

Pressure Point 3: Bridge Of The Nose

Pressure Point 6: Eyebrows
This point is located along the edges of your eyebrow. It’s an old shiatsu method, to pressure along this ridge. Press upwards with the help of your thumbs and slowly move outwards. It’s a best pressure point for reducing pressure behind the eyes.
