For general using, you can use a dirty pan with dish-washing soap and water in the sink. Pan should be washed by hand because dishwashers can work away at the handles of your pans.

Fill a small bowl with water and add some mild detergent like dish soap to the water. Then dip a clean cloth in this solution. Wipe the piece of jewelry with the cloth until the stains of the jewelry get clean.
you can also use toothpaste to clean the jewelry, but only use this method if it is too dirty. Remember that toothpaste is slightly abrasive in nature and could possibly damage the jewelry piece. Rinse the jewelry with water once you are finished the cleaning it with toothpaste.
